Hours of Operation

Hours & Days vary 

Working 5 days and getting 40 hours 

"Some Saturdays" required - with day off during the week

No Sundays 

Qualifications

As an ever-growing dental service organization, we are looking for team members with previous experience and impressive qualifications. These include…

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • The ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills establishing positive relationships.
  • A stable employment history and history of consistent attendance.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and commitment to providing exceptional service for patients.

Responsibilities

Our Patient Service Center is expanding! As a member of our team, you will…

  • Receive/make a high volume of calls to schedule and assist patients for their next dental appointment
  • Create patient charts on the computer
  • Multitask when scheduling the patient with being able to review multiple applications at the same time on the computer
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining patient confidentiality.
