Responsibilities

Orthodontic Revenue Cycle Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-driven Orthodontic Revenue Cycle Support Specialist to support 50+ orthodontic practices. This role requires expertise in Cloud9 PMS, SOP documentation, and revenue cycle operations, with a strong ability to identify process gaps, develop solutions, and effectively communicate best practices to practice teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in charge posting, patient AR follow-up, insurance billing workflows, claim submissions, and denial management. They should be comfortable leading initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors, and providing ongoing support to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, this role works closely with the Power BI team to develop reports that drive business insights and revenue optimization.

 

 

The Skills We’re Looking for 

As an ever-growing dental service organization, we are looking for team members with previous experience and impressive qualifications. These include… 

 

A high school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred). 

Knowledge of MS Office Products. 

Knowledge of dental software preferred 

Previous job experience (preferably 3 years) that exhibits flexibility, initiative, and experience in the dental or healthcare field 

Ability and desire to work in an energetic, fast-paced atmosphere both independently and with team 

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, allowing for the development of positive relationships with team members and patients 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience in orthodontic revenue cycle management or billing

• Proficiency in Cloud9 PMS or a similar practice management software

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and implement solutions

• Excellent communication skills to effectively relay best practices and support practice teams

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
